Refund & Returns Policy

At Buyvery, we are committed to providing our customers with a smooth and reliable shopping experience. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund and Returns Policy explains the process for requesting a return or refund for your order.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available within 7 days of receiving your item(s).

To qualify for a refund:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns and refunds.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for any damaged, defective, wrong, or missing item claims.

  • The unboxing video must be clear, unedited, and recorded from the beginning while opening the package.


Return Process

To initiate a return, email us at buyverystore@gmail.com with:

  • Your order details

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos (if applicable)

  • Mandatory unboxing video for damaged or incorrect items


Shipping & Handling

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or defective.


Return Address

As we operate through a dropshipping fulfillment model within India, return instructions and the appropriate return address will be shared by our customer support team after your request is reviewed.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process your request faster, please provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

  • Your order number

  • Mandatory unboxing video

Once verified, we will arrange either:

  • A replacement product, or

  • A full refund

Without an unboxing video, claims related to damaged, defective, wrong, or missing items may not be eligible for refund or replacement.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Gift cards or vouchers

  • Final sale or clearance items


Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.

Approved Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Rejected Refunds

If the returned item does not meet our return conditions, we will notify you via email.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card provider or bank, as processing times may vary.
